Eve is leaning against the wall and peers at a guard around the corner. The Guard has his feet up on a desk, gazing toward the ceiling with pale beady eyes. Eve thinks, “I need to slip past him. Wait, what is with his eyes?” Eve grabs a chunk of glass from the ground and throws it to try to get the guard to look over where it breaks. The glass shatters on the ground, but he is unaware. He is watching meme videos on B-Link. Eve wonders, “Is he dead!?”
